CANCELLATION & REFUND

At Legit Lucknow, we strive to offer high-quality services and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise where a cancellation or refund is necessary. Please read our policy below to understand our approach to cancellations and refunds.

1. Project Cancellation by Legit Lucknow

If Legit Lucknow is unable to initiate the agreed-upon project due to unforeseen circumstances or internal limitations, a 100% refund of the amount paid will be issued to the client within 7 working days.

2. Project Cancellation by the Client

Clients may choose to cancel a project after confirmation; however:

• Advance payments are strictly non-refundable. This is because we begin allocating resources, time, and strategy planning as soon as a project is confirmed.

• If a project is canceled after work has started but before completion, and the delay or cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances in Legit Lucknow, a partial refund may be considered, based on the proportion of work completed and resources utilized.

3. Refund Discretion

Any refund outside the terms mentioned above or in contract will be at the sole discretion of Legit Lucknow. We reserve the right to deny or approve refunds based on our internal evaluation of the situation, effort involved, and costs already incurred.

4. No Refund Circumstances

• No refunds will be entertained for completed projects or services that have already been delivered.

• Refunds will not be applicable for any delays or dissatisfaction arising due to lack of communication, delays in providing necessary inputs, or change in project scope initiated by the client.
