1. Paid Features and Visibility Boost Packages
- General Terms: Creators can purchase Premium Visibility Boost packages (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) via our payment gateway. These fees secure listing priority (Slots 1 to 100) inside the Creator Roster search results.
- No Cancellation or Refund: Once a slot is booked and payment is completed, the boost plan cannot be canceled, transfered, or refunded under any circumstances, as the prioritized listing position is immediately reserved and occupied, preventing booking by other creators.
2. Managed Campaigns and Escrow Routing (Razorpay Route)
- Escrow Deposits: Brands launching paid campaigns must deposit the full creator fee into our platform-managed escrow holding account (integrated via Razorpay Route) prior to project kickoff.
- Release of Funds: Escrowed funds are disbursed to the creator's bank account once deliverables (e.g. Reels, Stories, posts) are completed, verified by the brand or Platform, and approved. Once released, payouts are strictly non-refundable.
- Dispute Resolution & Refunds: In the event of a dispute (e.g., creator fails to publish deliverables, or publishes incorrect links), the brand may request a suspension of the escrow payout. Legit Lucknow will review the contract terms, deliverables, and correspondence:
- If the creator is found to be in default, the escrowed deposit will be refunded to the brand's original payment method (minus standard gateway processing fees) within 7-10 working days.
- If the creator has completed deliverables partially, a prorated payout may be negotiated at Legit Lucknow's sole discretion, with the remainder refunded to the brand.
3. Professional Design, Visual Production, and Agency Services
- Advance Payments: Engagement in agency services (website design, visual cinematography, social media management, brand consultation) requires a contractually agreed-upon advance deposit (typically 50%). All advance payments are strictly **non-refundable**, as resources, licensing, and strategy briefs are committed immediately upon booking.
- Project Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels a project before completion, they are liable to pay for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Legit Lucknow will not refund any milestone payments completed.
- Project Cancellation by Legit Lucknow: If Legit Lucknow must cancel a service agreement due to unforeseen internal constraints or technical limits, we will provide a **100% refund** of all unearned fees paid by the client within 7 working days.
4. Professional Training and Educational Courses
- Fees paid for enrollment in our local digital marketing classes, workshops, or training courses are non-refundable and non-transferable once the course sessions commence. A registration refund request will only be entertained if submitted in writing at least 72 hours prior to the first scheduled class.
5. Technical Gateway Errors
- In case of double-deduction or transactional timeouts where bank accounts are debited but the service remains unactivated, refunds will be initiated automatically by the bank or processed by us within 5-7 business days of verification.
6. Jurisdiction
All transactions, refund evaluations, and escrow resolutions are governed under Indian consumer laws and contract regulations. Any unresolved disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in **Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India**.
